Linköping, Sweden – July 6, 2026 – International medical imaging IT and cybersecurity company Sectra (https://sectra.com/) (STO: SECT B) has been awarded a framework agreement by the Swedish Agency for Civil Defense (MCF) following a public tender process. The framework agreement covers security monitoring in real time for organizations subject to the EU cybersecurity directive NIS 2. More precisely, it encompasses security monitoring services for Operational Technology (OT) environments, IT security monitoring for smaller organizations as well as external network surveillance.

Given the year’s cash flow and Sectra’s financial position, it is proposed that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) resolve on an increased ordinary dividend plus an extraordinary dividend, and that the Board be authorized to repurchase own shares for a new long-term incentive program.
