Linköping, Sweden – March 10, 2025 – International cybersecurity and medical imaging IT company Sectra (https://communications.sectra.com/) (STO: SECT B) is delivering a system with hardened, secure mobile devices to the Swedish Prison and Probation Service. The solution will streamline the day-to-day work of the Prison and Probation Service’s employees and also provide inmates with controlled, secure access to digital services and information. The system has been developed to protect against various security risks and threats, both internal and external.

The orders cover the further development of existing systems for secure communication as well as new deliveries. These solutions enable secure communication of highly classified information between and within authorities and will contribute to further strengthening the ability of Swedish civil and military defense to communicate securely and efficiently.
