In other respects, the outcome was dampened by currency effects as well as the ongoing transformation of the business model. However, the transition to service sales and cloud deliveries is nonetheless progressing rapidly and will eventually benefit Sectra and its customers.

Sectra’s three-month interim report 2024/2025: Increased recurring revenue led to a strong first quarter

Sales and operating profit were the highest the Group has ever reported for a first quarter. This trend was due in part to a more even distribution across quarters as a result of increased recurring revenue and growing volumes. At the same time, these figures are no longer being boosted by currency effects.

Sectra’s year-end report 2023/2024: Cloud recurring revenue up more than 50%—unchanged dividend proposed

Cloud recurring revenue (CRR) is growing the fastest, which shows that the transition to delivering services is progressing at a rapid rate. It is proposed that the 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) resolve that SEK 1.10 per share be distributed to the shareholders through a share redemption program.

NATO orders solution from Sectra to communicate classified information securely

The NCI Agency has also extended its support contract with Sectra for another five years.

EU organizations order additional units for secure communication
